The use of electronic cigarettes is gathering popularity among smokers who would rather not deal with the health consequences of regular smoking. An electronic cigarette is simply an electronic device which simulates the act of smoking tobacco. It usually includes a unit just like a tank or cartridge, an electric power source just like a cigarette battery, and an atomizer. Instead of tobacco, the user ingests vapor instead. The heated heating element then delivers the liquid into the lungs. The only drawback to this type of delivery is that it takes longer to heat up than traditional methods, thus increasing the amount of time that the user has to ingest the liquid before inhaling it.

Vaporizing comes in two basic varieties: dry and wet vapes. Dry e-juice is used exactly the same Vape Pen way that hard candy is. A dropper or pen is used to inject the e-juice into the mouth. After the liquid is in the lungs, it must be exhaled before it can be inhaled. A wet vapor is used the same fashion as other liquids. In this instance, a mouthpiece is inserted in to the mouth to soak up the liquid.

Like most electronic cigarettes, e-liquid comes in a range of flavors. However, most users have their favorites depending on their personal preferences. Some prefer a simple syrup-like flavor, while others choose the rich flavor of menthol or chocolate e-juice. Inhaling tobacco smoke produces a pungent, bitter taste in the throat. Many smokers find that it difficult to quit because the flavor of the smoke has a profound influence on their sense of taste, and the bitter taste of nicotine can cause addiction.

Nicotine in the smokes has been proven to cause changes in the mind, including cell growth and protein formation in the mind. Nicotine has been proven to have damaging effects on the mind.
